Refund & Cancellation Policy
At MASTER CHEF FOOD LIMITED, we aim to provide the highest quality food. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our policy below.
1. Cancellations
- Before Preparation: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the kitchen has not yet started preparing your food.
- After Preparation: Once food preparation has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, and no refund will be issued.
2. Reporting Issues
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your delivery if there is an issue.

3. Wrong or Missing Items
If we have delivered the wrong item or missed an item from your order, please call us immediately. We will offer either:
- A replacement for the correct item (sent out as soon as possible), OR
- A full refund for the specific item that was incorrect/missing.
4. Food Quality & Temperature
- Cold Food: If your food arrives cold, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will issue a discount code to be used on your next order as compensation.
- Taste/Preference: We generally do not offer refunds if the food simply does not suit your personal taste, provided it was prepared correctly according to our menu description.
